As IPSS têm responsabilidades e obrigações para com os associados, stakeholders sem esquecer a subordinação a órgãos/entidades específicas, em particular a Segurança Social, titular de poderes para auditar e dissolver determinada Direção. Em verdade, na qualidade de observador atento, estou preocupado com a manutenção do Protocolo institucional e financeiro colocado em causa por faltas de credibilidade e transparência na gestão efetuada no ano económico de 2015.
